What this site is
DiscHawk is a price-comparison and information site for Blu-ray and 4K UHD releases in the UK. We don't sell anything ourselves — every purchase you make happens on a third-party retailer's own site (Zavvi, Amazon, HMV, and others), under that retailer's own terms.
Price and availability accuracy
Prices, stock status, and "historical low" figures are checked periodically and shown with a "price last checked" timestamp on every listing. They can change on the retailer's own site at any time before or after we update ours. Always confirm the price and availability on the retailer's site before completing a purchase — we can't guarantee the price shown here will be honoured at checkout, and we aren't responsible if it isn't.
Affiliate disclosure
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click through and make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never influences which price is shown as lowest, or whether a title or edition is listed.
Intellectual property
Film titles, cover art, and retailer names/logos referenced on this site are the property of their respective studios, distributors, and retailers, and are used solely to identify the products being compared. Site text, design, and the underlying price-tracking data are ours unless stated otherwise.
No warranty, limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on the information in it, including price or availability inaccuracies or issues with a purchase made on a retailer's site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under English law (for example, for fraud).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
